Galactic Ambassador (M)

A character of quick wit who is able to get along with any species that may be encountered in the Reliant adventures. They can make deals and broker peace faster than anyone, creating strong alliances in the process.
1. Is that all? : (passive) : Additional roll to gain extra loot from any living NPC
2. Trade Negotiations (active) : Once per battle, change a decision made on the battle board (reroll for negotiations)
