Galarsa's Rage

Galarsa's Rage enters the battlefield with a
+1/+1 counter for each creature in all
graveyards. When Galarsa's Rage dies, target
player sacrifices a number of creatures equal
to the number of +1/+1 counters on it.
Black and green creatures get a +2/+3
