When Galaxy, World Creator enters the battlefield, create a world (search your library for
up to 3 lands. Put up to 4 of your permanents to the
side. Give your opponent at least to of your
permanents. Then put up to 3 of target opponents
permanents that are not the ones that you gave
to them to the side. You gain control of these
permanents. They cannot block or be destroyed
as long as Galaxy, World creator stays on the
battlefield.)
