If you would suspend a card with a different
converted mana cost than all other cards you
have suspended, first put all other suspended
cards you own into your hand.
Whenever you cast a non-creature spell, reveal
the top card of your library, then suspend it
with X+1 time counters, where X is the
converted mana cost of the spell you cast.
