Galizor, The Endless One enters the battlefield with a number of +1/+1 counters
on it equal to the amount of mana spent to
cast it.
Whenever another Hydra enters the battlefield under your control, if one or more +1/+1 counters would be put on it, put that many plus X +1/+1 counters are put on it instead.
