Gambler

As long as this is revealed, at the beginning of your
upkeep, roll a D20 and subtract the number of cards
in hand. If the result is 0 or less, discard your hand.
1 -9 | Return a random card from your graveyard to
your hand.
10 -19 | Draw 2 cards.
20 | Put a creature from any graveyard onto your
side of the battlefield. When this creature dies, it's
owner is eliminated.

Win Condition: If all other players are eliminated.
