Game Rules

• Divine Will/Cosmic Tide —
If a card is suspended with one time counter on
it, you will remove the last time counter from it in
your upkeep, then draw a card at the beginning of
your draw step, then cast the suspended card.

• Radiant Command —
If you exile a Fish creature with the second mode,
Cosmic Tide will give it suspend in exile. This
does not count as suspending a card from your
hand for Grasp of the Void.
