Whenever a new Playground Enters Play:
Create a Gamemaster email address and
Put a Pink Counter on that Playground.
{t}: Pass on the GameMaster mailing account to
the winner of the Pink League. Create an email
address for the GameMaster if there isn't one.
"A GameMaster doesn't earn points for Playing.
A GameMaster governs the Play of the Game
that we build that week." - The Game
