Gangrenous Titan

Whenever Gangrenous Giant enters the battlefiled or attacks, you may put a -1/-1 counter on target creature.
Whenever a creature with a -1/-1 counter on it dies, its controller put a -1/-1 counter on each creature he or she controls with a -1/-1 counter on it.
It doesn't need to dismember you itself.
