Whenever Garindan, Imperial Informant attacks, look at the top card of target opponent’s library. You may put that card into their graveyard.
{b}, {t}: Look at target opponent’s hand. Choose a noncreature card from it. That player discards that card.
Whenever Garindan, Imperial Informant enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an Imperial card, reveal it, then shuffle and put that card on top.
