As Garrison of Tatooine enters the battlefield, choose Empire or Resistance.
Empire - At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 1/1 colourless Droid artifact creature token.
Resistance - At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card.
