When Garth One-Eye enters the battlefield you
may look at target player's hand, then surveil 1.
Garth One-Eye is unblockable.
Whenever Garth One-Eye deals combat damage
to a player, exile a card at random from that
player's hand. For as long as that card remains
exiled, you may look at it, play it, and spend
mana as though it was any color to cast that card.
