You become insubstantial and translucent. Lose
armor AC but retain Size, Dex, Deflection, and
Force AC. Gain DR 10/magic and become
immune to poison, sneaks, and crits. You can not attack or cast spells with V, S, M, or FC unless
using metamagic feats. Lose all supernatural abilities. Held spell charges are lost. Gain fly
speed of 10 feet and automatically succeed all Fly checks. You can pass through small holes/cracks
but may not pass through liquids. You can not move/activate items
