Whenever an opponent casts an instant or sorcery spell that targets a creature you control, Gashi, Mediator of the Soul, copies that spell and targets a creature an opponent controls.

{t}, Sacrifice a creature: Choose a target player. That player discards a card. They are dealt damage equal to the card's converted mana cost. If that card has no mana cost, you draw a card.
