Gate of Dimensions

When Gate of Dimensions enters the battlefield, choose
Draw Step, Combat Phase, or Main Phase. You skip
that phase, you may activate only the ability relative
to the phase you chose.
(Draw step) {t}: Draw a card
(Combat phase) {t}: Tap any number of creatures
you control. Those creatures deal damage equal
to their power to target player.
(Main phase) {1},{t}: Put a creature card from
your hand onto the battlefield.
