Gate to Another World

At the beginning of your upkeep draw a card.
Whenever a player draws a card and if isn`t the
first card he drawed this turn, this player draws
an additional card.
Whenever a player discard`s a card, he discard`s
an additional card.
At the end of each player`s turn, if he has no
card`s in hand, he return`s target creature or planeswalker from his graveyard to the battlefield.
