Gate to Beyond

When Gate to Beyond enters the battlefield or when there are no cards in exile that were exiled with Gate to Beyond, each player exiles the top X cards of their library.
Any player may cast spells exiled with Gate to Beyond.
Nothing appears out of nowhere. But some do appear out of elsewhere.
