As long as your devotion to white and green is less than 5, Gate to the Harvest God cannot be tapped.
{t}: Add {w} or {g} to your mana pool. Then, if you control 5 or more creatures, you may search your library for a basic forest or plains, then put it onto the battlefield tapped. Then, shuffle your library.
