Gateway to the Forgotten

You may play cards from your exile as long
as they don't have a warp counter. When
a card enters the battlefield from exile
under your control, add a warp counter
to it. Whenever a creature with a warp
counter would go to the graveyard, send it
to exile. Then everyone takes 2 damage.
