Gathering Pact

At the beginning of all upkeeps {t} all non-land
non-Legendary permeants.
They do not {ut} while Gathering Pact is on the battlefield.
At the beginning of your draw step you may
search your library for a Legendary Spell and put
it in your hand. If you do skip your draw step
and shuffle your library.
Pay {w}{u}{b}{r}{g} at the start of your turn or
you lose the game.
