Gaulten, Perpetually Perturbed

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, if it shares a color with Gaulten,
Perpetually Perturbed, you may exile the top card
of your library. You may play that card as long as it
remains exiled.

Whenever Gaulten or another creature you control
dies, discard a card at random. Gaulten deals
damage equal to that card's mana value to any
target, and you gain that much life.
