Gauntlets of Rusting

As a bonus action, you can touch a non-magical
metal and cause it to rust. Make an attack against
a creature to attack their Armor or Weapon. On a
successful hit, non-magical weapons take a
permanent and cumulative -1 penalty to damage
rolls. A -5 penalty destroys the weapon. Non-
magical metal armor or shields take a permanent
and cumulative -1 penalty to AC. Armor reduce
to an AC of 10 or a shield that drops to +0 is
destroyed. Once this feature has been used 8 times, it cannot be used again
