At the beginning of your upkeep, create a Food token, then each opponent may create a Food token. for each opponent who creates a Food token this way you create an additional Food token.
Whenever a player create a Food token, you gain 1 life.
Whenever a player sacrifices a Food token, another target player loses three life.
