Eminence - As long as Gavin, The Last Laugh is on the battlefield or in the command zone, at the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay {2}. If you do, until the beginning of your next turn, players draw an additional card on each of their draw steps. Cards you play from graveyards have flash. If a player would draw 3 or more cards you may play lands and cast spells from their graveyard until the end of their turn. If an instant or sorcery spell would be played this way, exile it as it resolves. If a permanent card would be put on to the battlefield this way, put a finality counter on it.
