up to X target nonland permanents. Those
permanents become Treasure artifacts with
"{t}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any
color" and lose all other types and abilities.
Whenever a player sacrifices a Treasure, you
gain 1 life.
A torment both cruel and coveted.
