When GeCKO Library enters the battlefield
under your control, tap one of each permanent
type each opponent controls. They do not untap
as long as GeCKO Library is on the battlefield.
Any opponent may pay {6} to untap every
permanent tapped by GeCKO Library and gain
control of GeCKO Library.
