Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell for the first time
each turn, choose one: Gelectrode, Electromancer gets +3/+1 until
end
of turn, or put a red 2/1 red elemental creature with haste onto
the battlefield, or deal 2 damage
to target creature an opponent controls.
Spell mastery -- If there are or more instant and/or sorcery
spells in your graveyard, you may choose two instead.
