Gelid Topor

When Gelid Topor enters the battlefield, tap
target permanent an opponent controls.
At the beginning of opponent's untap step,
they choose tapped non-snow permanent they
control that would normally untap. It does
not untap it during their untap phase.
The creeping cold numbs those not adapted to endure
it's unremitting spread.
