Gem of Unbound Familiar

Using this gem, you make an unholy pact with the Raven Queen, your familiar is awakened for one encounter per long rest and joins the fray as a
fighter equivalent to your level.
Each use of the gem exhausts the character and prevents you from fighting for one round
and you have disadvantage the round after that.
