chlamydia counter on up to 1 target creature for each
opponent.
Each creature with a chlamydia counter on it gains "This
creature gets +1/+1, whenever this creature attacks, it must
be blocked if able and whenever a creature blocks this
creature, it gets a chlamydia counter and gains these
effects".

Creatures with a chlamydia counter on them cannot
attack you.
