+1: The creature with the least combined power and toughness under
your control gains a +1/+1 counter until the end of your turn.
-2: Enchant target with Enchantment called Spy with "Enchanted
creature gets -1/-2 and roll a 6 sided die on each turn. If it is a
2 or 1, Spy dies".
-7: All flying creatures of a select opponent are given a -5/-5
counter until your next turn and must attack during their next
turn.
