General Grievous enters the battlefield with four +1/+1 counters on him.
Whenever General Grievous would take damage, remove that many +1/+1 counters from him instead. At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on General Grievous if he has less than four and if he didn't attack last turn.
