Genlock Emissary

Blight 1 (Put a Blight counter on any creature with
less blight counters than X, where X is this creature's
Blight level. At the beginning of a player's upkeep,
that player gets a number of poison counters equal to
the most Blight counters on a creature they control.)
When Genlock Emissary enters the battlefield,
return up to one sorcery from your graveyard
to your hand.
