Although George Washington Carver was not known as a biologist he did many things for plant biology. George Carver worked with plant biology was inventing new uses for plants especially peanuts making milk, plastics, paints, dyes, cosmetics, medicinal oils, soap, and more from plants.
—Born in Diamond Missouri on an unknown date. Died in 1943 in Tuskegee Alabama.
—Fact: George Washington Carver was the first African American to have a national monument.
