Geostigma

Enchant target creature you don't control. At controller of creatures upkeep, Geostigma deals 1 damage to controller player and add a -1/-1 counter to enchanted creature.
If enchanted creature dies, return Geostigma to owners hand. If Black Materia is on the field add a bide token to it.
