Geshi's Coffer

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a
tribute counter on Geshi's Coffer. If you do, create
a treasure token.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, if
Geshi's Coffer has a tribute counter on it, that
opponent may pay {2}. If they don't, you create a Treasure token.
