You divide up 5 Damage among Players and Creatures of your choice. Any damage towards a Player is direct and can't be defended.
The Gestapo (1933-1945), created by Goring and lead by Himmler, was the secret police of the Nazi party that would find people who were not following laws, along with the Jewish population, and assault them or send them to concentration camps.
