than Geto's power. Create a 0/0 black Curse creature token that has all abilities of the exiled card, then pay up to X life again, putting that many +1/+1 counters on it. Put a +1/+1 counter on Geto.

When Geto dies, sacrifice each curse you control that has a +1/+1 counter on it.
