When Gevemi enters the battlefield, create a
Legendary artifact named Bomb Surprise with
Bomb Surprise enters the battlefield with
100 tick counters on it. At the beginning of your
upkeep roll 1d20 and remove that many tick counters.
{3}: Remove one tick counter. Any player may
activate this ability.
At your end step choose a player at random, they gain
control of Bomb Surprise. When Bomb Surprise have
no tick counters on it, sacrifice it, it deals
40 damage to its controller.
