If another Illusion creature would leave the battlefield and wasn't destroyed, exile it and
put a tether counter on it instead.
At the beginning of each end step, put an exiled permanent with a tether counter on it onto the battlefield under your control.
{1}{u}{b}: Target creature becomes an Illusion in addition to its other types until end of turn.
