Target creature deals damage to itself equal to its
power. If Ghost of Flames Past is spliced onto an instant, any opponent may pay {3} and
discard a card to counter the cast instant. If the instant is countered this way, an opponent may pay {2} to cause you to discard Ghost of Flames past.
