At the beginning of your end step choose target opponent, that player mills 2 cards. If the chosen player has more than 20 creatures in their graveyard, they lose the game.

its converted mana cost.
{2}: Exile 2 cards from an opponents graveyard, if they were noncreature cards, gain 1 life.
