Ghoul Fire Engine

At the beginning of your upkeep sacrifice an artifact with the highest converted mana cost you control.
Sacrifice another artifact: mill cards equal to the
mana value of that of the sacrificed card, then
return a creature at random from those cards and
put it onto the battlefield tapped, if its mana value is greater or equal to the sacrificed artifact Ghost Fire Engine becomes a creature until the end of the next turn.
