Gift of Envy

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, they
may choose a creature or artifact they don't
control and pay {x} where X is the converted
mana cost of that permanent. If they do,
they gain control of that permanent.
They may repeat this process.
At the beginning of your upkeep, add {g}
to your mana pool for each creature and artifact
you control.
