Gift of the Concordat

When Gift of the Concordat enters the
battlefield, choose Flesh or Mind.
•Flesh—Whenever you lose life, you may draw
that many cards and sacrifice that many creatures.
•Mind—Whenever you discard a card, you may
pay {b}{b}{b}. If you do, return a creature card
from your graveyard to the battlefield with lesser converted mana cost and lose life equal to that creature's converted mana cost.
