Gifted Caretaker

Whenever a creature with nurture enters the battlefield under your control, put a +1/+1
counter on Gifted Caretaker.
When Gifted Caretaker is tapped to nurture a creature, that creature gains indestructible
until end of turn.
He takes care of those left.
