When Gifts to the Wealthy enters the battlefield,
name a permanent type.
Whenever you cast a permanent of the chosen
type, you may return a card from your graveyard
to your hand.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if an opponent
has more permanents of the chosen type compared
to you, exile Gifts to the Wealthy
