You may tap eacfh nonland permanent you
control that requires to it tap to activate a
non-mana ability more than once each turn.
(That permanent continues rotating 90 degrees
clockwise each time it is tapped. Permanents tapped at
180 and 270 degrees still untap full whenever an effect
would untap it. Only tap that permanent to 180, 270,
or back to 0 degrees to activate those abilities.)
