Gilded Artillery

When Gilded Artillery enters the
battlefield tap target creature you control. It
doesn't untap during your untap step.
{t}: Put a -1/-1 counter on target creature. If
you have 3 or more taped creatures, put a
-1/-1 counter on target creature for every
tapped creature you control.
