All damage dealt by and to Ginger Ale is zero.
When Ginger Ale fights against another creature an opponent controlls, put a -1/-1 Counter on that creature and put a Soul Counter on Ginger Ale assigned to that creature.
When Ginger Ale leaves the battlefield create a copy of every creature assigned to a Soul Counter on Ginger Ale.
